Senior Manager - Performance Marketing (8-9 yrs)
As the Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing, you will play a key role in driving strategic digital marketing initiatives to achieve business goals in the educational sector. Your expertise will be essential in managing and optimizing digital campaigns, increasing lead generation, and enhancing brand visibility through various online channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a strong background in performance marketing, and is skilled in implementing growth-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Data Analysis : Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Optimization : Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation across all channels to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Audience Targeting: Develop and implement effective audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach the desired customer demographics within the education sector.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, creative, sales) to develop cohesive marketing strategies and compelling ad content that aligns with brand messaging.
A/B Testing : Lead A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve engagement rates and conversion rates.
Market Trends : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, leveraging new strategies and tools to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management, recommending strategies for improvement.
SEO & SEM Integration : Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure consistency in paid and organic search strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience : 8+ years in performance marketing, with a proven track record in digital advertising and campaign management, preferably in the education sector.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, SEMrush, and other digital marketing platforms.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education or EdTech industry.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
