Senior Manager - Performance Marketing (8-12 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our digital advertising efforts in the education/EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive growth and maximize ROI. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, ensuring that all marketing activities align with overall business goals.
- Lead the planning and budgeting for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the audience and drive conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, demonstrating the impact of marketing initiatives on overall business performance.
- Optimize the customer journey and user experience to enhance conversion rates and drive customer retention.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in performance marketing and digital advertising within the education or EdTech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
