Senior Manager - Performance Marketing (7-15 yrs)
The Sr. Manager - Performance Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive customer acquisition. This role involves managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital platforms (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management : Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to create cohesive marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and enhance the company's competitive edge.
- Performance Optimization : Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies to enhance performance and conversion rates.
Requirements :
- Experience : 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Expertise in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
