Senior Manager, Partner Marketing
You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing programs that excite our Partner Route-to-Market community and accelerate revenue growth. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing teams and Partner Sales teams to deliver high impact global marketing strategies, lead generation and pipeline acceleration campaigns, and other types of marketing initiatives. The position requires a blend of abilities including building and managing relationships; creative thinking on strategies and programs, and ensuring programs are measured and prioritized based on key business objectives.
What youll do
- Working closely with the Regional Marketing teams and Partner Sales teams to develop a growth plan that drives success
- Define and partner with other marketers to implement multi-touch campaigns including email, digital, events, thought leadership content
- Co-ordinate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to create marketing material: collateral, sales presentations etc.
- Plan and execute marketing programs for UBS and Mobile messaging portfolio
Experience
- 7+ years of B2B technology marketing experience
- Experience of planning and executing a wide portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, creating success and instilling best practices
- Advanced level experience with marketing automation systems and Salesforce.com
- BS/BA in Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Personable - outgoing, relationship focused, positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members.
- Business Savvy - You possess a high degree of business and marketing acumen, and are extremely analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strategist - You have perspective and can see and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future, recognize what can/should be done now to affect future performance, and see and understand the challenges between the current and the ideal situation.
- Communicator - An excellent written/verbal and interpersonal communicator who builds cross functional bridges and success
- Collaborative - You have a true team mentality (your work requires collaboration with regional marketers, global marketing program owners, Sales, Product Marketing, and much more) and have demonstrated success working cross-functionally in large organizations, and have the ability to forge strong connections
- Adaptable - You are flexible and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and adjust quickly to the changing need of the business
