Senior Manager - Merchandising - Diamond Jewellery (8-10 yrs)
Role - Senior Manager Merchandising - Should have worked in precious jewellery for 8 - 10 years. Prefer at least 2 - 3 years in a start up. Experience in studded jewellery essential.
Location - Kormangala, Bangalore. Please note this is a 6 day work week job - work from office - no hybrid. Will move to 5 day work week from April 2025

Key Responsibilities :
- To develop a merchandising strategy
- To develop a plan to increase stock turns
- To plan merchandise norms and mix to achieve sales norms
- To monitor sales per store and optimise mix
- To define NOOS variants and ensure execution
- To ensure ensure stock levels in individual stores and warehouse as per norm
- To constantly optimise merchandise mix to achieve gross margin objectives
