Skills and experience :
- 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing & brand management
- Prior marketing in the US market is mandatory
- 4+ years of people management experience with passion for developing talent to develop a crack marketing team going forward
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and storytelling ability
- Proven track record to build cross-functional partnerships with Product and Sales
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Be Scrappy. You'll need the ability to successfully drive projects in a startup environment (with minimal guidance, limited resources)
Mandatory :
- Selling SaaS to B2B customers in USA
- Strong story telling skills
- Strong understanding of usage of digital platform for content marketing, demand generation & customer acquisition
Qualification :
- Any graduated or post graduated (MBA with Marketing preferable)
