Branding
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets & competitor activities.
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate the brand vision & mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development (in collaboration with an agency) to motivate the target audience to act.
- Oversee error-free execution of new & ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction and positioning.
Social Media :
- Management of all social media channels to make sure they are updated.
- Ability to keep up with social media trends and craft strategies that are favorable for the brand.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination & benchmarking.
- Ability to ideate, conceptualize & execute social media campaigns in collaboration with an agency.
- Create content calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on that information.
- Manage social listening across platforms.
- Assisting with Social Media Performance Reports.
Content Management :
- Writing, editing & proofreading content for internal & external stakeholders.
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
- Provide editorial, creative & technical support to team members
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
- Manage content across all platforms, including email & social media.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- 9-12 years experience Marketing,
- Good understanding of loyalty / CRM / customer life cycle management -
- Experience in Life Insurance industry will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- Should be willing to learn and adapt in a fast change and dynamic environment.
- Should have an attitude to get things done
