Senior Manager - Marketing - IT (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments
- Designing & implementing marketing plans towards enhancing brand visibility & recall.
- Ensure flawless implementation of central campaigns in the assigned region
- Proactively look out for opportunities for local marketing opportunities and take them forward in consultation with the business team and the central marketing team
- Work on synergistic local level tie-ups and alliances
- In charge of all local level visibility - branches, outdoor, innovative localized media like cable TV, wall paintings, etc as well as tactical local press
- Conceptualization and implementation of events, roadshows, participation in exhibitions and trade fairs, etc
- Establish short / long term budgets in tune with the marketing strategies for achieving business targets
- Ensure cost control by ensuring proper vendor negotiations
- Maintain marketing budget and spends for all India
- Formulate regular SMS campaigns
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports and track marketing activities & conversions
- Ensure adherence of SOPs.
Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA in Marketing
- 8 to 10 years experience (at least 5 years in a managerial role)
- Experience in a similar BTL role in a leading bank, insurance, telecom co is a plus
- Strong capabilities in coordinating the suppliers chain i.e. execution of creative, events & BTL programs for existing and new customers
- Should have a dynamic and professional approach with extensive operational experience
- Ability to think and manage strategically as a key member of a dynamic team
- Ability to select, organize and coordinate suppliers
- Energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver
- Ability to multitask, to take initiative and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
- Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
