Senior Manager - Marketing - Hospitality & Catering (4-8 yrs)
To prepare and implement the marketing plan for all brands under the Hiring Company (an award winning hospitality and catering brand)
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Competitive mapping and analysis of competing brands within the geographical vicinity and also study key trends in the hospitality & F&B industry in terms of current offers / promotions and schemes
2. Execute and monitor the approved marketing plan on a monthly basis including budgetary monitoring
3. Monitoring of sales for the marketing and promotion activities being implemented on a weekly basis. Monthly reviews with the management on the marketing plan in terms of results achieved
4. Manage and update of media database in cooperation with the PR agency
5. Identify and forge strategic alliances with event partners for promoting the various revenue assets and brands of OPA Hospitality
6. Evaluate and implement local restaurant sponsorship activities and related advertising.
7. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects (such as travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners, events/ exhibitors, associations/ unions) and evaluating their positioning and new areas of demand.
