Senior Manager - Marketing - Home Furnishing (6-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Monitoring and Analyzing Market Trend
2. Studying competitors products and services
3. Exploring ways of improving existing product & services, and increasing profitability
4. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
5. Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
6. Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
7. Preparing and Managing Marketing Plans and Budgets
8. Negotiating with existing and new buyers on pricing and quantity of products
9. Consult with buying houses to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand
10. Consult with buyers to gain advice regarding sound or sustainable products
11. Work closely with design & product development team for designing of new products and presenting the same to buyers for new business generation.
12. Work closely with project management team to define material and shipment programs.
13. Once a PO is generated then handing over the order file to project management team with all necessary samples and documents.
14. Liasioning with other internal departments like production, fabric souring, accessories sourcing, and documentation for timely shipment of material
15. Traveling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
16. Producing various reports to monitor results
17. Presenting buyer feedback and suggestions to senior management and company directors for improvements.
18. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
19. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
20. Managing leading buyers like Williams Sonoma Home, Potreban, Rejuvenation, Arhaus, William E Connor, Dillard's table and kitchen, Land of Nod
21. Supporting the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content
