Senior Manager - Marketing - Healthcare (5-11 yrs)
- Good understanding of the Irish Healthcare system.
- Strong marketing background in healthcare or related industry, ideally minimum five years.
- To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
- To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof - reading etc.
- To plan various activities as per the phasewise Marketing Strategic plans.
- To execute the various activities planned as per the phasewise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, Life - Style Management Program Etc.
- To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
- To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
- To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
- To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
- Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
- Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
- Support in all marketing purposes to the Head Marketing.
- Manage major projects such as PR events, launches, Marketing campaigns, Annual GP Study Day, GP evenings, Trade show exhibits.
- Update Press Releases from outside agencies
- Liaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, On-line, Media Buyers, Medical Publications.
- Manage creation and distribution of Internal Newsletter (Spotlight on Staff) for internal communication within hospital.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
- Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
- Manage Grand Rounds and relationship management with Consultants.
- Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
- Direct and manage Social Media & Marketing Assistant and provide support and guidance.
- Researching and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- Issue on-going reports on all activities to Commercial Managment.
- Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.
Candidate Profile :
- B. Pharm / B.Sc + M.B.A./M.M.S in Marketing and having 5-10 years experience in direct marketing (Sales) and 5-10 years in brand management.
- Incumbent is responsible for Market Share, Revenue, Profitability, Growth and Image of the hospital Brand.

Salary: - 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
