Senior Manager - Marketing - Enterprise Business (7-10 yrs)
Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role and doesn- t involve team management.
Strategize, Build and own the B2B Marketing plan: Partner with key stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and Product teams to create a coherent marketing plan with mix of social, digital, trade shows, conferences, events and one-to-many experiential activities
- Articulate media strategy and leverage media agencies to create multi-platform media plans, track media efficiencies and performance to metrics
- Be the audience expert on the customer ecosystem (buyer segments, audience profiles, trends and competitive landscape)
- Work with the Sales Team to co-own the sales & marketing funnel and design targeted programs to raise awareness, generate new leads and move buyers through each stage of the customer lifecycle
- Create, manage, and execute marketing strategies while establishing internal procedures and processes for project management, tracking, and reporting
- Develop tracking and reporting systems for measuring ROI on the marketing budget
- Create positioning and messaging that's compelling to potential buyers, clearly articulates Udacity's value proposition and differentiation, and reinforces Udacity's positioning as a world-class brand for technology upskilling for enterprises.
- Drive channel optimization and testing, campaign management, content marketing and branding & messaging
- Strategize email and performance marketing campaigns, and execute it with marketing team
- Owning quarterly roadmap of marketing content, and creating B2B content marketing assets including white-papers, case studies, etc.
- Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results
Requirements
- Top Tier MBA and engineering graduate with 7+ years experience in B2B marketing and marketing to developers, with a proven track record of executing lead gen campaigns and tactics, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- 2+ years in experience in a leadership role, building and managing a marketing organization
-Managed all the mediums - paid, earned and owned to build continuous lead funnel and content distribution plan aimed at driving acquisition and engagement.
- Experience in delivering LinkedIn performance marketing lead generation campaigns in India and globally
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Prior experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams and leading cross-functional projects related to sales and marketing workflow
- Deep marketing competencies/skills and experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns encompassing paid media, SEM, social, content syndication, events and webinars
- Analytical skills to track critical insights, key performance metrics and measure impact on sales pipeline
- Knowledge of working with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Eloqua and experience in managing full-funnel nurture campaigns
- Creative and open to new ideas and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Negotiates fiercely and protects and nurtures relationships
- Comfortable with autonomy and uncertainty with Get things done attitude.
- Willingness for limited travel (10% travel)
