- Understand the sales objectives of the dealership and communicate the marketing needs accordingly.

- Detailed planning of annual marketing calendar for the dealership group which should include ATL and BTL activities for dealership to meet business objectives

- Planning of marketing strategy for based on the needs of market + organization.

- Plan the marketing calendar including budgeting as per the guidelines and directives.

- Keep the dealership abreast of competitor marketing activities

- Be a one point of contact between the dealership and principal regarding all aspects of marketing

- Planning of all lead generation activities and further close follow up with HOD CRM for enquiry registration in the system.

- Planning to focus upon the minutest details of the market - product - competitor activities.

- Management and updation of dealership website and making effective use of website for information to customers and enquiry capturing.

- Management and usage of dealership social media platforms as per MBIL directives.

- Should lead the marketing team for execution of activities to achieve desired results.

- Ensuring achievement of enquiry targets of dealership.

- Ensure adherence of CI guidelines while executing all activities.

- Timely feedback on the execution of marketing activities, events and ad campaign

- Keep track on competitor activities and provide feedback to the management

- Prepare a post activity report after each event on 'Things gone right" & "Things gone wrong"

- Maintenance of the records of the activities carried out for future reference.

- Regular update on the product & communication of various marketing initiatives to the sales team.

- Regular update on the market - consumer behavior

- Co ordination with corporate communication team of the principal company for any media related activities, press conferences, product launches etc.

- Communication with various publications, event agencies and other organizations for marketing opportunities.
