Senior Manager - Marketing (12-15 yrs)
Job responsibilities :
- Develop new customers with (OEM, Tier-1) maintaining and increasing share of Business with existing customers, Driving plant development team for new product development
- Providing forecast details in time from all customers for making annual sales plan and ensuring sales value to meet the defined targets
- Worked on market strategies to manage competition, retain existing customers and develop new customers
- Prepared replies/ risk assessment for new RFQs received from customers and shared with the sales head
- Supervising key customer accounts, addressing their concerns by forwarding instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms
- Liaised with customers and all the departments such as R&D, Purchase, Quality and others
- Ensured the successful conduct of technical presentations/ seminars at customer end
- Generated business for new products launched by the organization
- Coordinated with the warehouse & inventory teams for dispatch of products as per defines timelines
- Generated & shared several reports such as monthly reports, visit reports, monthly schedule file, monthly production figures, SOB analysis and others
- Should know ppt presentation, sales forecasting, schedule management, well conversant with excel, pivot table analysis
- Major Products handled - Engine plastic mounded parts, Body molded parts, foot rest parts, Mirror assy parts, canister assy parts, car interior trims, cluster, bumpers, lights etc Raw material consumption
Qualification :
Diploma Mechanical or Mechanical graduate along with MBA- Marketing
