Senior Manager/Manager - Sales - Staffing Firm (7-12 yrs)

Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
- Managing Existing Accounts relationship
- Mining and growing the account with net additions of headcount and revenue.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Specifically from a staffing background. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Key competency in Sales and Business Development and Client engagement.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Develop a strong business relationship with clients and map the organizations well and add to the revenue and headcount growth.
- Capable of up-selling Learning Services and Digitized Workforce Solutions.
- Understand the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and makes plans to achieve the same.
- Customer centricity
- Should be good at managing multiple stakeholders, interacting with senior leadership at client place and ASM
- Willing to travel.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Negotiation skills
- Proven experience as key account manager
- Experience 7+ years in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- BSc/BA or MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Behavioral skills - Confidence, Persistency, Maturity, Adaptability, Assertive, proactive
- Knowledge skills - Sales & marketing, Highly analytical, Good presentation skills.
- Forecasting and pipeline.
Overall exp 5-7 for sales manager, 9-12 for Sr Sales manager

Qualifications:
Education: Graduates in any stream.
