Experience : 8+ years of handling residential sales and HNI clients
Education : Any graduate
Professional Requirements :
- Proven work experience of minimum 8+ years in residential sales
- Ability to manage a team of sales executives and channel partners to achieve sales targets
- Should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and time management skills
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Meeting clients to brief product through presentations
- Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
- Following up with clients towards sales closures.
- Ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times
- Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing key client relationships from time to time.
- Onboard new Channel partners and drive channel sales
- Consistently partner with all the sales teams and channel partners to achieve revenue
- Be accountable for achieving sales targets
