We are looking for an extremely bright, well-spoken, well organized, a hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time. You will be responsible for all our business development and sales. You will be responsible for new property acquisition through various means, and innovative channels. You will be the first point of contact into our company for property owners/builders/developers for a designated area/region.

Your responsibilities would include

- Managing the growth of volume of business in a designated area/region.

- Being a great people leader to drive the number of properties acquired in region thus enabling the OC brand and presence in the cities in purview.

- Establishing new channels through which new properties could be acquired under our management.

- Explaining the value proposition to potential clients, clearing any doubts, and walking them through closure.

- Explaining and taking them through T&C for various lease deeds and methods their assets can provide high ROI.

- Positioning OC as potential long-term property management partner with great ROIs.

- Following up with potential clients on a regular basis, and tracking leads in an organized manner to on board them with OC

- Setting aggressive targets and tracking all metrics to track our performance of team and thus maximizing their output.

Requirements :

- Pleasant personality, confident and very well-spoken individual. Excellent written and spoken communication.
