Senior Manager/Manager/Executive - Sales - IT Staffing (2-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- 2+ years in sales majorly in IT manage services, Remote Infrastructure Managed services , NOC & SOC services , FMS services , Temp Staffing/ C2H/ IT Staff Augmentation.
- Revitalized lost accounts and converted them as an active customers for Organization.
- Experience of working across multiple industries like IT, Media, Pharma, FMCG, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, Government, Automotive etc.
- Targeting potential clients, establishing relationships, drafting RFPs, submitting proposal, negotiations and winning the business.
- Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers
- New Customer acquisition and maintaining relationship with the existing customers as well.
- Achieving sales targets along and would be responsible for end to end sales.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure services such as FMS, Staff Augmentation Services, C2H.
- Experience in handling Corporate & Enterprise accounts.
- Must be target oriented, self-starter and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
- The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company's rapid growth.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2+ years
- Experience in IT manage services, Remote Infrastructure Managed services , NOC & SOC services , FMS services , Temp Staffing/ C2H/IT Staff Augmentation.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
