Senior Manager/Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT Staffing (5-7 yrs)
Position: Sr. Manager / Enterprise Sales Manager
Skills Required:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate with experience in developing B2B clients/sales for Non-IT Selection and Temp/General/Flexi Staffing.
- Specific experience in Non-IT Selection & Temp/General/Flexi Staffing industry involving handling of large enterprise clients/accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- A successful Enterprise Manager would be responsible for driving aggressive New Sales across the region and acquire new logos
- Would be responsible for setting up the new client acquisition process and key account management for the new sales in the organization.
- Promotes cross selling and up selling actions.
- Building an agile and result oriented sales.
- Managing Customer relationships and achieving excellence. (Key Account Management)
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth led by strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth in response to market shifts and changes.
- Must have knowledge of regulations regarding Temp/General/Flexi Staffing
- Self-driven with ability to onboard large account quickly
