Senior Manager/Manager - Commercial Sales - Real Estate/Office Space (5-10 yrs)
- We are looking for high-performing commercial sales professionals (Sr. Real estate Sales Manager & Sales Managers) to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Job Locations : Vacancies for Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai(Andheri East MIDC), Chennai & Bangalore.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Performs additional job duties as requested.
Experience :
- 5 -10 years experience in commercial real-estate/office space sales
Salary : As per experience
