Hiring for the role of Sr. Manager/ Manager Client Servicing - General Insurance - Non EB

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager specializing in General Insurance (Non-EB) to manage and enhance client relationships.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring superior client experience, handling policy renewals, resolving queries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate and individual clients for general insurance (Non-EB) products.

- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, claims assistance, and other servicing requirements efficiently.

- Coordinate with insurance companies to negotiate the best terms and pricing for clients.

- Address client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist clients in understanding policy terms, coverages, exclusions, and other product-related details.

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups for policy renewals and updates.

- Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to provide seamless service.

- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.

- Provide insights and feedback on client needs to improve product offerings and service quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or operations in general insurance (non-EB).

- Strong knowledge of general insurance products such as Property, Marine, Liability, Motor, and Engineering insurance.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and service requests efficiently.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

- IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
