Role Description :

- This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Manager - Business Development. The role involves developing new business, planning and executing business strategies, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and driving sales for Mikro Grafeio's workspace solutions and services.

The key responsibilities includes :

- Generate set revenue and help attain targeted Gross Margin

- Generate Potential leads on clients and properties

- Qualify leads, meet prospects and close the deals to increase revenue.

- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.

- Develop & Maintain a healthy and strong relationship with intermediaries in the market

- Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory

- Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region.

Qualifications :

- At least 10 plus years of experience

- Experience in new business development, sales, and account management

- Ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies

- Strong negotiation skills for contracts and partnerships

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets

- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or coworking industry is a plus

- A degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
