Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is experienced in creating long term and successful client partnerships and who thrives in a consultative sales culture
A track record of consultative and conceptual selling would be a great asset together with a background in HR, OD and training processes
Select new leads and prospects, generate call lists, and meet prospective college/ universities and corporates as part of the prospecting life cycle and leads generations.
To build lasting relationships with our existing client base, working alongside our consultancy team
To lead sales and marketing initiatives for prospects and clients
Responsible for effective marketing strategy and communications plan to build awareness and market visibility
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial communication, presentations, preparing business proposals, client interface, negotiation and deal signing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A successful sales person from a similar service/consulting sector or from within the industry or An HR or Training manager/consultant within a business who has discovered the thrill of sales.
An entrepreneurial person engaged and motivated by being part of a business that makes a significant difference to its clients.
5+ years of strong experience in business development and sales preferably in the same industry domain
3+ years of experience in institutional selling or corporate sales would be added advantage
Outstanding oral communication skills and an ability to write impactful proposals
Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization
A go-getter attitude and be able to work on tight schedules
Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
MBA in Sales & Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with minimum 60% overall aggregate
