Senior Manager/Manager - Business Development - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Institutional Business (Fruit Concentrates/Beverage Concentrates)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The job will require regular travel to develop new markets.
- Ideal candidate should have B2B business experience of concentrates/flavors/purees/fruit and vegetable-based products used in F&B industry in India.
- Should be able to work with minimum guidance and be proactive
- Develop a growth strategy focussed on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Finding and developing new markets, identifying customer needs and improving sales
- Increasing the value of current customers while on-boarding new ones
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers' objectives
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Work with quality team for new product development to meet new and existing customer requirements
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients and closing contracts
- Monitor and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and enable logistics and after-sales support
Education:
- MBA Sales & Marketing
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years' experience in the sales and marketing Development or Institutional Sales related professional area.
