Description :
- Develop financing models for Electric Bus business.
- Develop a relationship with various Bus OEMs.
- Work on developing strategic partners for promoting the business.
- Participation in STU tenders.
- Forge relationship with STUs for influencing specifications.
- Develop a relationship with Key operators in the country for partnering.
- Develop and implement strategy for developing business and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Manage and improve on overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management, and provide accurate sales forecasting for demand planning.
- Hiring, training and regular progress auditing.
- Define and oversee incentive programs that enables staff to achieve their potential.
- Manage the relationship with internal teams like product, legal, finance and operations teams.
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure that the right OEMs are partnered with.
- Participate in market forums.
- Utilize EMA to help influence policies.
