Position : Senior Manager /Manager - Business Development

Qualification : Master's in marketing preferable Engineering in graduation

Experience Range : 5-8 years'

Max Budget : 8 LPA to 18 LPA

Job Location : Vapi, Gujrat

Key Requirements :

1. Excellent exposure in Commercial Sales or Industry Sales

2. Excellent Communication & Interactive skills

3. Good Presentation skills

4. Good soft skills and humble in talking

5. Good hang on technical knowledge - Chemical Industry or any other industry

6. Patience as the gestation period for Industry clients B2B transactions at PIP is longer

7. Problem solving approach.

8. Strategic & analytical thinking

Key work : Marketing & Industry Query Handling, Commercial Pricing

Responsibilities :

1. Going for site visits/client meetings along with industry clients (B2B) for PIP

2. Working on Sharing customized Presentations to Industry client's basis research done about their financial and technical backgrounds.

3. Working on Industry clients' technical queries, and their pain points, and pre-sales handling of work, conviction building.

4. Interaction with Channel Partners, Brokers & strategic partners to build Sales pipeline.

5. Strategize at a broader level for building sales pipeline for PIP Phase 1 & 2 in accordance with the Sales/ Revenue goal for the financial year.

6. Strategizing the commercials (Pricing, other aspects) of a transaction with Industry after discussion with business leaders.

7. Negotiating pricing as well as other commercial and clauses in definitive documents with Industry clients.

8. Participating in various industry conferences, representing PIP at stalls, interacting & networking with Industry veterans, and potential clients.

9. Post sales, client query handling and handholding Industry clients with their various requirements.
