JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a part of the Growth function, the Sr. brand manager will be responsible for driving creative campaigns, new product launches, brand asset creation including retention assets, online collaterals for marketplaces and website content with the objective of achieving the monthly growth targets for our website Plixlife.com & marketplaces on which our products are available and growing engagement with our consumers.
- The Sr. brand manager should enable us to bring alive our core brand proposition of 'Take Care, Have Fun' in everything that we do.
- Our mission is to make nutrition, skin care non-intimidating, super fun and easily accessible to consumers so that all they have to do is to take care and have fun. KEY AREAS - RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Prior experience of managing a team is a must
Project Management
Manage multiple projects at once and deliver top quality work within the stipulated timelines
Creative communication
- Conceptualize and manage creative communication incl. creative collateral and asset creation liaising with the graphics team
- Work with content writers to ensure brand communication, advertising copies etc. are as per brand standards and in brand tonality
Website management
- Own customer experience on the website.
- Work with the tech team to improve the UI/UX or build new features
- Own every word and every image on the website
Drive Revenue
Drive product and category revenue through new initiatives, ad concepts, influencers, ATL etc.
Promotions & offers
- Benchmark competitors and other relevant brands in category and other allied categories to identify best in class practices for website, offers, promotions and creative communication
- Design and structure right offers, monitor performance and make changes as per data
Skills & Competencies
- Prior team management experience is a must
- Prior experience with Project Management will be a plus
- Understanding of creative communication, design and visual aesthetics
- Strong bias to action
- Agility and ability to take decisions/course correct fast
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Understanding of advertising and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in English
- Website content management experience will be a plus
- Relationship management with all key internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Results driven & ROI focused
- High consumer-centricity
- Experience with working on Shopify will be a plus
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEY INTERFACES/STAKEHOLDERS:
Reporting to - Chief Growth Officer
Team / IC - Team
Internal Stakeholders - Growth/Marketing, Creative & content, Product, technology/IT
External Stakeholders - Digital marketing agencies, large digital platforms (Google, FB etc.), other digital vendors & ad platforms
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience of which majority should be in a D2C ecommerce set up or consumer brand or agency role managing consumer brands.
- MBA/Post Graduation in marketing will be required
