Senior Manager - Key Account Management (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop new sales leads and prospects and achieve assigned sales targets (60% Farming and 40% Hunting)
- Partner with dedicated sales and retention resources to ensure complete territory and account coverage. Leverage resources to assist in making customer inroads, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting, and assisting with closing business on an as needed basis.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer (employer) account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with employers across India
- Expanding the relationships with existing employers by continuously understanding their objectives and proposing solutions that meet their needs.
- Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address needs of employers. This includes interacting with Product Management on an on-going basis to stay up to date with our current and future product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and structure agreements with potential partners (employers)
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of candidate profiles, offering tailored solutions to employers from various industries
- Develop new business with both new and existing clients (employers) and/or identify areas of improvement following client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople
- Maintain a pipeline of current and potential clients to provide information relating to targets and projections for the potential growth of a client
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Help resolve any challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, in collaboration with the rest of the Operations team
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- 5+ years of work experience as an account manager
- Proven experience as key account manager
- High performance sales track record with excellent Account Management skills and thorough understanding of Creating strategic business impacts.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills, strong ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Highly target-driven, willing to meet customer service and lead generation KPIs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Additional South Indian language fluency will be a plus.
