About our Client:

Our client is one of the world's leading global BFSI & risk consultants. It is known for delivering on promises to its customers and recognized as a trusted brand, providing services like life insurance, annuities, retirement-related services, mutual funds and investment management. As a part of their Internal Communications department, they are looking to identify a Senior Manager - Internal Communications based out of Mumbai office.

Job Responsibility: -

Reporting to CEO; you would be responsible for: -

- Working closely with the senior stakeholders in designing and implementing targeted internal communications strategies in parity with organization's plans and objectives.

- Drafting and managing all communication content, collateral's (Newsletters, Senior leadership team messages etc.) and managing internal channels (emails, Chatter etc.) to support all organizational plans.

- Measuring the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to review and amend the strategy as appropriate.

- Playing a leading role in redeveloping and improving Salesforce Chatter as a key internal communications tool.

- Providing guidance on internal communications for the organization in India and across the Group and being the point of contact.

- Engaging with multiple stakeholders and responsible for managing the projects for all internal communications initiatives in organizational events.

The successful applicant: -

- Postgraduate degree in Management with 10 to 15 years of experience at Executive level in a global organization.

- Hands on experience in Internal Communications

- Adept in working with multiple stakeholders in high- profile events.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Strong project management and inter personal skills.
