Senior Manager - Institutional Sales - Education (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Sign up university partners for the company academic alliance programs in the Digital Technologies across India and the Middle East region.
- Owns revenue targets and P&L, drives profitability from the business generated through new customers.
- Own end-to-end renewal process for all existing university partners.
- Help launch emerging technology courses on university campuses, drive adoption by developing learner engagement programs, curate course content to match university needs
- Gives direction to the operations and program management team and provides enhance the candidate learning experience to the learners enrolled.
- Strategize and execute marketing campaigns for various courses offered in collaboration with university partners.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with the university partners including chancellors, owners, dean, HOD, and other key stakeholders.
- Market research and Identify growth opportunities by introducing new training programs which are targeted to help individuals learn new technologies and get hands-on learning experience using our digital learning platform.
- Maintain networking and working relations with Education/Training owners and functional SMEs to ensure timely engagement, transparency, and aligned decision making
- Stay abreast of defined technology standards, guidelines and patterns, and latest technology trends
Skills and Behaviors required :
- Strong understanding of EdTech, Online Learning, Job oriented technology courses offered in India.
- Minimum 8-10 Years- experience in Higher Education with hands-on experience with respect to curriculum, credit transfers, and disciplines.
- Excellent marketing/channel, relationship and communication management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and Self-motivated with a clear vision to lead and add to organization growth.
- Results driven; ability to work with senior university administrators and faculty
- Excellent team player and relationship building abilities
- Excellent time management skills; meets deadlines
- Builds effective relationships up and down the organization
