Senior Manager - Institutional Sales - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
Job Profile/Deliverable :
He/She will be an important and senior member of the Mumbai Institutional Sales Team and entrusted with the following responsibilities:
To manage and maximise the market share of the existing set of large and medium-large sized Corporate & BFSI Treasuries across the product basket
Increase the no of active corporate accounts across the product basket
Advise / hand-hold Corporates on making appropriate investment decisions.
To develop & maintain working relationships with key decision makers in Corporates & important distributors.
Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
As part of the Mumbai Institutional Sales Team, he/she must be a team player and possess excellent information management, motivation & relationship management skills
To coordinate with Internal depts. Like operations, compliance & fund management & inform team members.
Candidate Profile
Working Knowledge of :
Debt & Equity Markets
Taxation
Computer Applications (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint )
Must demonstrate excellent:
Networking & Interpersonal Skills
Presentation Skills
Relationship Management skills
Desirable Work Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
Requisite Competencies :
Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Motivation, interpersonal and persuasive skills, sound knowledge of numbers and an eye for detail.
Requisite Qualification :
Essential: Graduation / Post Graduation in Finance / Sales is desirable
Eg. Graduation is a must (For all profiles)
MBA/CA/CFA is a must depending on profiles
