Senior Manager - Institutional Sales - Agri & Farm (5-12 yrs)
Role & responsibilities - Reporting to National Sales Head
A. JOB PURPOSE
The Primary responsibility of the Corporate Sales Manager is Identifying Key Corporates / Institutional other SME & large companies across industries to understand their marketing strategy & requirements and project Innovative products by conceptualizing ideas to full filer buyer / their Institutional requirements.

BE/B.Tech in Engineering, MBA Marketing/Finance
Business Development :
- Conceptualizing& implementing competitive strategies for Generating Sales, Developing, and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.
- Develop the strategic plan for institutional sales to achieve revenue & market share targets for the assigned zone in the institutional sales segment
- Lead, mentor & manage a team
- Monitor & Analyse market trends, competitor activities
- Identifying Prospective corporate clients.
- Generating business from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability
Operations :
- New client acquisition and work on leads
- Sales & Marketing Process , Tendering & New Product Development
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients
- Fulfilment of Sales Budget via New Sales acquisition
People Management/Intrapersonal Skills :
- Meeting on daily basis with clients in Corporates in various departments like Marketing Team, Procurement Team, HR Team & Admin Departments
Communication
- Give business presentations to senior management team
- To map potential sectors
- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
- Candidate will be a self-starter with ample supplies of energy, enthusiasm, and ideas.
- Applicants must have proven experience in Corporate Sales / institutional sales and must be comfortable selling to senior decision-makers in large national/multi-national companies.
- Must have ready base of sizable nos. of existing Institutional/corporate relationships
- Computer Skills is Must
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales and marketing
- Ability to identify product improvements or new products by identifying industry trends, market activities, and competitors
