Senior Manager - Institutional/Project Sales - Retail (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities Areas
1. Setting up project sales target & Sales operations-Trapping small, medium and large size projects throughout country even for Franchisee as well
2. Lead Generation through self as well as through all sales team & coordination between targets, projects pipeline, suspects and prospects
3. Strong relation building with various interior designers, architects, Govt officials, Corporate head, PSUs, IT companies, Institutions etc
4. competitor's analysis, market bench-marking, strong understanding of the market demand Vs our offerings
5. Developing Key accounts and maintaining the good business relationship with them,
6. Empanelment to various govt purchase bodies for central and state level, PSUs etc.
7. Handing over the orders to execution team with 100% information, approvals, sign off documents, colour swatches, delivery deadlines, drawings etc
8. Coordinating with Design department for all India Project Sales execution and back end operations once the order is final from the sales team
9. Coordinating with Design department -Quotation for customization/BOQs/Shop Drawings/Layouts/Technical space etc & ensuring to offer right pricing for project inquires
