We have an urgent opening with our client which is leading E Learning & Content Management company based in USA since 30 years & servicing to fortune 500 clients spread across USA. Recently company has started its India operations & has opening for Navi Mumbai location.
Senior Manager - Inside Sales - eLearning & Training
Ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying business leads through a variety of sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Lead411, cold calls, email campaign, etc).
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation relevant to the eLearning & training industries
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Source new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, follow-ups
- Secure information relative to the needs and requirements of potential customers
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Explain to prospects company service offerings
- Route qualified prospects to sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Develop, expand and continuously update robust lead/prospect list in CRM system
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-7 years relevant experience in selling/marketing eLearning and training services
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Fluency in English is an absolute must
- Experience in self-generating sales leads as well as capability to work off of warm leads
