Senior Manager - Inside Sales - EduTech (4-10 yrs)
Leading EdTech Startup is hiring a Senior Manager for it's inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage and motivate the Inside Sales team including hiring, performance management, mentoring, coaching the team
- Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire end to end inside sales administration process - outbound calls, inbound calls, chat and emails.
- Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators
- Achieve specific weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals while building a high performance team
- Must be a team player with the ability to work with the team as well as independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior and expertise at creating needs
- Strong stakeholder management in dealing with category, marketing and operations teams
- Coach Approach - effective coaching and mentoring and providing real time feedback on improvements to the team- is the key to this role
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Requirements :
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience with proven leadership skills
- Go-getter attitude
- Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, analyzing data, and expert in preparing reports
- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach
- Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring, and influencing the team
