Senior Manager - HORECA Sales (8-18 yrs)
1. Prepare roadmap independently and ability to drive & achieve sales target month on month.
2. Will be responsible for penetrating Products into HORECA and Institutional segment
3. It is important that desired incumbent has catered to RTE, RTC, Instant Mixes type of products in his previous / current stint.
4. Should be able to derive both short and long-term strategy on growing in order to meet the set goals. Will be responsible for the P&L sales to cost ratio.
5. Capitalize on existing relationship as well as build strong rapport with Chef, F&B Managers, Purchase managers, Owners of Hotels and Restaurants in the assigned territory. Possess strong network of purchase managers and chefs from 5 star properties, QSR's, Cloud Kitchen etc.
6. Should be able to give product demo in absence of Chef.
7. Understanding Client needs and suggesting appropriate product and services.
8. Should be able to negotiate contracts with the decision makers / chefs and knows the entire procedure from start to finish HORECA Sales experience is a must.
- Proven track record with on time and on budgets new HORECA ventures openings, special projects, or events.
- Proven communication and organization skills.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and attention to cost value, budget, and expense control.
- Skilled technology acumen: Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to solve problems, think strategically and execute tactically.
