Senior Manager/Head - Wedding Event Planning (6-15 yrs)
Wedding Planner - Sr. Manager/ Head
- Meet clients to understand their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements.
- Research on upcoming wedding trends, designs/ D cor Solutions & New Vendors.
- Scheduling appointments with clients, hotels for tie- ups.
- Prepare elements list as per event requirements.
- Connect with vendors, fabricators, printers and all other vendors associated with the weddings.
- Execute events as per timelines and plan set by the production manager.
- Make Powerpoint presentations for weddings to present to clients.
- Source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers, freelancers and designers as per event requirements.
- Co- ordination with team members and all associated vendors to ensure timely execution of all events.
- Optimization of resources through cost Reduction Measures.
- Sole responsibility for the wedding business.
