Senior Manager/Head - Sales & Channel Management - Insurance (6-10 yrs)
1) Principal Accountabilities
1. Spearhead the Life Insurance & General Insurance business
2. Proactively work with various internal channels (Dealing / Acquisition Channel) for driving the Insurance business amongst existing client / prospects
3. Designing Strategic & Tactical Initiatives for improving productivity & activation
4. Envisage product ideas based on analytics and market opportunities
5. Devising strategies, new business proposition to maintain and grow Insurance business
6. To focus on increasing Insurance Sales and revenue for the business. Will be responsible for complete P&L of the business.
7. Preparing Business Review presentations and conducting review meetings with Senior Management on a timely basis.
8. Conducting regular Product training program for Internal sales team to keep them up to date with market and product offering
9. Liaising with concerned departments like Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Finance & Accounts
10. Managing entire Operations related to Insurance
11. To play key role in product enhancements to better the product offering
12. To ensure compliance with Regulations, policies and established practices.
2) Technical /Specialist Certification/Experience
Previous experience in Product, Sales or Channel Management role in Insurance - Min Experience 6 yrs
