Senior Manager - Growth Marketing (5-8 yrs)
The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Co's brands.
This role will focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
2.Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and CRM channels
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content and assets.
3.Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.
4.Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
5.Budget Management:
- Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB
- In depth experience of using engagement/automation tools such as Clevertap / Moengage / Webengage etc.
