Senior Manager/General Manager - Marketing/Sales - Towel & Home Furnishing (9-20 yrs)
Total Exp should be minimum 9 - 20 yrs.
Relevant exp - 6 - 7 yrs. minimum in towel & Home furnishing or only towel is desirable for International market-Export.
Gender - Male
Job location - Noida-Corporate office
Desirable qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - Textile or MBA
Job Responsibilities :
1) Business Development & Client Management
- Overall responsibility for new business development and handling existing buyers for international marketing only.
- To keep continuous communication with Buyers/Agents and keep them updated time-to-time leading to better customer service and increased business.
2) Product Development & Design :
- Plan range for the season as per the buyer specifications.
- Co-ordinate with design department and sampling coordinators for new product development.
- Scanning International markets for recent trends and products.
3) Procurement & Execution :
- Product sampling, sampling feedback, vendor management & Control.
- Co-ordinate for sampling approvals between Factory & Buyers based on new design trends.
- Implement systems for ensuring right quality merchandise (product and packaging trims) clearly communicated to, and adhered by all relevant suppliers and factory.
- Coordinate with factory for production plan, production review, and on-line inspection.
4) Business Planning, MIS & Information Technology
- To prepare business plan of specific buyers, get approved by management for production planning to keep track of any variances in projections and actual orders.
- Keep track of costing, Inventory and prepare MIS reports of customer accounts handle
5) Key Account Management :
- Developing new products with a cross functional team to meet customers requirement.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Interfacing with clients to suggest the best products & cultivating relations to develop new & repeat business.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiation/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
- Coordinating the entire order execution from receipt of order to delivery of the project.
