Senior Manager - Franchise Expansion (5-15 yrs)
Brief Description :
- Setting & managing franchises in Bangalore for FOFO business. It's a strategic role responsible for entire Franchise business (P&L).
- Identifying the prospective new locations for business expansion through research and data analytics, Build a sustainable model predictive expansion.
- Managing the project to ensure that productivity is enhanced and timelines are delivered
- Conduct frequent events to generate expansion.
- Have an excellent network and database of investors
- Requires a clear understanding of store profitability and levers to make the store deliver better profits
- Rental Understanding and Research to benchmark the right rentals in the catchment for new and existing store
Prerequisite :
- Should have done data analytics and Research
- Understanding of retail business and levers of success
- Should have sound knowledge of geographies and markets
Task :
- Carry out the Building exercise for potential network expansion across regions looking into market Segmentation
- Build AOP for Store expansion
- Use the proto predication model and success indicators to suggest right location and store
- Catchment analysis and Giving clear indicators for success/ Failure across Formats
- Data Management and giving analytical output from the database on the store performance
- Checking out Sales of new stores and informing BD and retail teams for improvements
- Rental Benchmarking of the New and existing properties - With the competition in the market
- People Rostering, catchment preference for every employee and Productivity metrics of region and teams
- Store Opening and Possessions Tracking to ensure that store opens on given timeline
Qualification and Requirement :
- Degree from a reputed Institution
- Additional degree in Management and finance / retail management will be desirable
- Business Acumen - Understanding of Productivity levers in a business

- Should be having good Understanding of Research and Data
- 10X thinking to make the process of property Approval better and scientific
- Very strong Analytical skills
