Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales - Education (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- This is an individual contributor role and doesn- t involve team management.
- Business Development and enterprise sales initiatives
- Successfully enlist enterprises to adopt courses for their employees
- Develop and manage all aspects of relationships with enterprise partners
- Build relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate opportunities
- Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for India market
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of related experience (8-10 years for engineering graduate) in enterprise or corporate sales and business development, preferably in solutions sales/ consultative sales in a technology or IT services company.
- Proven track record of selling technically complex products
- Experience selling subscription based licenses, retaining and upselling to customers
- Strong customer references around customer passion, long term relationships and solving problems
- Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises.
- This is an individual contributor role, which will require travel both local as well as outstation.
