- As a Senior Manager - Enterprise Business Development, you will be responsible for developing customers by cultivating relationships, engineering solutions to their specific requirements and making responsive proposals.
What you will do :
- Creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation and the Business Development team successful
- Acquiring customers based out of Mumbai
- Proactive prospecting and emailing and making calls to potential customers to introduce our product solution and setting up demos and appointments for the outbound Sales Manager
- Assisting in development of presentations and proposals for the Business Development team
- Providing on the ground support for setting up customer engagement meetings
- Working closely with Marketing team to convert organic/ inorganic prospects to a delightful, engaged customer
- Evaluating and presenting details of prospective clients
What you need to have :
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 4+ years of proven experience and expertise
- Ability to generate inbound interest with Account Based Marketing (ABM) techniques
- Experience in analyzing enterprise gaps for marketing teams in top corporate customers
- Experience working with marketing teams to develop a pipeline of prospects
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Skill in - Selling via Phone- successfully
- Ability to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment
- Outstanding analytics and Excel skills
- Proposal development and pricing skills
- High degree of enthusiasm, dynamism and drive to succeed
