Senior Manager - Digital Media Strategy (12-16 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager - Digital Media Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing end to end digital marketing campaigns that promote the company and its services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of current digital media trends and the ability to lead a team to achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Lead and manage the digital media team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of engaging content for digital platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Monitor and respond to online feedback and reviews to enhance the company's online reputation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 8 to 10 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful end to end digital marketing campaigns and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and drive results.
- Certification in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications would be a plus.
