Senior Manager - Digital Marketing - IT/BPO/ITeS (8-11 yrs)
Branding & Content Responsibilities :
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Work with Creative team on designing and maintaining company sites, landing pages, sales assets and brand templates.
- Work with Creative team on Create video, PDF, and illustrative content
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Understand and deliver content to drive marketing/sales goals (i.e. web content for SEO, testimonial PDFs for lead-in/sales enablement, nurture campaigns to move top-of-funnel leads down to sales, etc.)
- Develop materials for the sales team to move people down the funnel (i.e. case studies, ROI calculator, battle cards, etc.) - headline copywriting should ideally be a core competency, long-form copy and design may be outsourced if needed
- Interview industry experts within the team (sales, product, customer success) and create educational, thought leadership, and expert content for the market
- Write straightforward, simple, succinct, meaningful ad and web copy to connect with target personas
Demand Generation Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop full funnel demand-generation programs including campaign design, channel selection, messaging, content, budgets, and forecasts to support revenue goals
- Develop effective end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, email, paid media, paid social, webinars, SEO|SEM, events, and ABM to build upper-funnel brand awareness and demand, and subsequent lower-funnel lead capture to support pipeline targets
- Collaborate with our Content team to develop the editorial calendar (blogs, emails webinars, ads and other assets) to attract prospects to our owned assets online and to live events
- Manage logistics for in person and virtual events to build experiential strategies and generate leads
- Develop customer personas and develop a clear understanding of buying preferences
- Partner with the sales and the business development team to ensure processes and messaging align in timely follow-ups and convert into a large number of highly qualified opportunities
- Develop and maintain a quarterly demand marketing calendar and lead daily campaign execution
- Establish, monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs and ROI metrics, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, and collateral downloads
- Achieve target goals related to campaigns in market, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and closed won opportunities
Professional Skills & Qualifications :
- 8 - 10 Years of Digital Marketing Experience
- 3-5 Years US Market Experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- MBA in Marketing degree preferred.
- BPO/ITES/IT Marketing Experience
