Senior Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (5-20 yrs)
Principal Accountabilities handling Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Nykaa & Cloudtail
- Perfect Listing, HTML description, bullet points and Images.
- Brand registry, Account health, Infringement, price update and discount
- Improve the order and analyze customer returns data
- Participate in deal, coupons and Implementation of product and eCommerce price promotions.
- Handle Seller flex, smart fulfilment, easy ship, and dropship, FBA, FBF and Cloudtail.
- Analyze selling data, identify opportunities to drive sales to hit yearly Ecommerce goals and minimize inventory risk
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including merchants, inventory management, price management
- Provide hindsights to Merchandise Planners to help drive assortment for future seasons
Digital marketing :
- Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook, Instagram and Google.
- Manage and execute amazon activation and marketing
- Participation in the development of online marketing campaigns
- Analysis of the e-commerce related performance
- Monitoring and evaluation of users' behaviour to derive suggestions for improvements
- Perform managerial duties including hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions for staff.
