Senior Manager - Digital Ad Sales (4-10 yrs)
Position: Digital Sales Manager
We are looking for senior manager for our Digital sales team. The role would involve selling content marketing and native ad solutions to brands that would be interested in our premium travel audience.The role will be challenging and entrepreneurial in nature. The role gives a large degree of freedom in a fast paced startup environment. Following are the expected responsibilities:
- Reaching out to and building relationship with all the major Digital Ad Agencies & Ad- Networks
- Reaching out and building a network of Clients (Tourism Boards, Hotels, Holidays, Airlines and related industries) for direct sales
- Work with the content the design team to develop & plan various creatives in Online Display Space, Social Media, Emailers
- Make sales presentations to key decision makers, effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies.
- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts to full potential,generating maximum revenue on a long-term basis.
- Manage and cultivate a pipeline of business sales opportunities
- Identifying, pitching and closing ad sales deals with agencies and direct advertisers
Desired Skills and Experience
- A minimum experience of 3 years in Digital Ad Sales
- Prior experience in selling content marketing and Social Media Campaigns
- Established network and contacts with Digital Ad Agencies
- Ability and interest to work in a fast paced startup environment with a completely flat hierarchy
