Job description

Content Writing:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Create succinct, fact-filled and engaging content for the organization for multiple set of audience.

- Manage all content and projects as per requirement

- Write, edit, and proofread content for internal teams

- Ensure content standard is maintained and all documents meet established content standards

Content Creation

- Marketing: Case Study, Brochure, Presentations, Award Nominations, e-Mailers

- Online: Blogs, Website, Social Media Posts & Updates

- Internal Communications: Newsletters, E-mailers, Case Study

- Media Communications: Articles, Features, Bios, Profiles etc.

Marketing Communications

- Create communication/marketing plan for the organization including Marketing, Promotions, PR, Online, Events & Advertising etc.

- Coordinate for marketing/media/public relations activities with various internal stakeholders to develop required content for communication and also work with the HR and other support functions to coordinate internal events and related communications.

- Coordination, planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for external conferences & events.

- Research & pursue relevant award forums to nominate the company

- Create & maintain media relations for the organization

Internal Communications

- Prepare & edit organizational publications for internal audiences - Newsletters, Case Studies etc.

- Provide communications counsel, planning and support to various stakeholders like HR, Operations, Leadership

- Creating email communications, presentations, videos etc. to convey important org. messages to the internal audience

- Responsible for consistency of look and feel and branding of documents and initiatives, including designing graphics, brochures etc.

- Own site branding guidelines are adhered to and met throughout active projects and past ones.

Social Media Marketing

- Create communication plan for TP social media marketing and promotion

- Periodic Social media updates and promotional activities for all Channels engaging the target audience including employees.

Skills

- Excellent writing skills &command over English language

- Good communication, planning& teamwork spirit

- Adept at using MS Office& Adobe Photoshop

- Creative bent of mind

- Understanding of/ alignment to the outsourcing industry

- Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, punctual with strong work ethics
