Senior Manager/Deputy Manager - Sales - Inverter/Battery/UPS (6-12 yrs)

Roles &Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement and Focused Goal Orientation are key attributes. Must achieve Sales Quota every month.
- Should be able to find new and newer customers for inverters regularly/daily.
- Responsible for Order booking and Revenue Collection of Inverters business in the given region/territory
- Reporting of Sales activities in CRM regularly/ reviewed weekly
- Should report daily to respective his/her manager and update progress about funnel, achievement.
- Have to interact with people/decision makers at customer place.
- Managing the Key Customers in the region.
- Alert to market dynamics and reporting to managers.
- Faster mover and persistent at customer place.
- Should be able to convince customers and have attitude to cross all hurdles
- Go getter approach.
- Must be willing to accept new challenges and adapt fast.
- Smoother cross function co-ordination for customer needs/demands.
- Have to make presentations, prepare quotes, do competition analysis and keep HO updated about competition.
- Must collect money/LCs within the committed time frame.
- Must have exposed to Sales of Inverters, Batteries, UPS.
Qualification: BE/B.tech
Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Hyderabad
Experience: 6 - 12 YEARS
Domain/Industry: The candidate should have worked in sales & marketing in Inverter, Battery, UPS industry.
