Role/ Designation: Senior Customer Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for the Customer Support Representative, who will handle the day-to-day customer queries and ensure business continuity smoothly

Requirements:

- B.COM, BBA, Engineering from good college.

- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to interact with the customers and resolve their issues.

- Good to have - Experience with a startup (e-commerce) in handling the customers

- Excellent judgment/decision making, conflict resolution, leadership and motivational skills.

- Should have strong work ethic and positive team attitude

- Strategic thinker

- Display willingness to learn

- Good communication skills & writing skills is a must

- Conflict management & dispute resolution skills

- Responsibilities:

- Develop objectives for the call centers day-to-day activities

- Solve customer day-to-day queries

- Collect and analyze call-center statistics (productivity, handling time, quality score, customer service metrics etc.)

- Evaluating centre's performance with key metrics

- Has an urge to keep customers happy & resolve the concerns by proper prioritization

- Maintain a customer health score with faster tickets resolution

- Team builder who knows how to conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources

Compensation: The compensation package will include 2 components:

- Equity Shares/eSOPs (which should be the biggest motivation)

- Startup Salary (to cover your current expenses comfortably)

Company Profile : We are a Validation Stage startup in the daily commute technology space. Currently, we are running pilots for our key MVPs to find Product-Market Fit.
